General Comments
Observed this facility to have raw chicken, fish, sausage and roasts on site. This facility is a low and only allowed to cook foods that are not potentially hazardous such as pizzas and pre packaged chips candy etc. The foods that are hear indicate that these foods are being cooked along with roasters and crock pots. If this facility wants to cook these foods then they will need to submit a plan review and get the proper equipment such as 3 bays and indicate how they will be cooking this food. Otherwise this food needs to be removed from the bar. A follow up will occur in 10 days to check on foods present or to find out if this facility wants to change their risk and update back room into a kitchen to be able to properly cook and sanitize equipment.
HACCP: Storage of raw meats
